GDPR / UK GDPR compliant by design
Each analysis logs a single row with: timestamp, country (from request headers), the verdict the AI returned (strong / moderate / weak / pay), the win-probability score, the number of issues found, the issuer type (council / private / police), the contravention code, and how long processing took.
We also store a salted SHA-256 hash of your IP + browser user-agent. This hash is irreversible — we cannot recover your IP from it. It exists only to count daily usage per visitor for fair-use limits.
Anonymous analysis records are automatically deleted after 30 days. Daily usage counters are deleted after 90 days. Deletion runs as an automated database job — no human intervention.
Your photo is sent to our AI provider over an encrypted connection for analysis. The image is processed in memory and is not retained by us. Refer to the AI provider's policy for their handling.
Processing the image to deliver the analysis is performed under your explicit request (contract / legitimate interest). The anonymous analytics row falls under our legitimate interest in monitoring service quality and capacity, balanced by the fact that no personal data is retained.
Because we hold no identifiable data about you, we cannot fulfil access or deletion requests against a specific individual — there is nothing to retrieve or remove. If you have concerns, contact us and we will explain what (if anything) we hold.
The analysis and appeal letter are AI-generated for information only. They are not legal advice. The site, its owners and operators accept no liability for any loss, penalty, missed deadline or rejected appeal arising from your reliance on the generated content.
